TOPIC
Best Practices in Creating Effective and Engaging E-Learning for All Ages

Speaker: Jaclyn Reed
Director eLearning at NPD

With today’s “do more with less” attitude, it is hard as a trainer/developer to ask employees to do anything extra. With this in mind, Jaclyn will highlight adult learning theory and how we can apply these theories in a way that will have little impact on course development time as well as minimize interference with employee’s job responsibilities.

Jaclyn is a Training Director with extensive experience in project management, training and course development including delivering training, designing and writing courses, leading teams of trainers, directing enterprise initiatives and successfully managing and implementing major projects. A proven track record of significant improvements in learning processes, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction while reducing costs, lowering turnover, and maintaining a positive work environment.  She is currently pursuing her PhD in Educational Leadership with an emphasis in Adult Education and Training.
