Dr. Nair is also the CEO of Potluck Culture Solutions – a leadership and performance consultancy. He also runs a youth leadership camp called MindCraft Institute – an innovative concept that helps emerging talent discover themselves, find the right college majors, excel in their chosen vocations, and build personal brands to change their worlds.
Dr. Nair has been a Faculty member at Baruch College-City University of New York since 2017 and previously was Assistant Professor of Management and MBA Capstone Coordinator at St. Edward’s University in Austin, TX. He speaks Cantonese, Mandarin, Hindi, Malayalam and French and is a frequent writer on management topics for HR.com, Strategy Magazine, and AllBusiness.com. He is an authorized partner at EverythingDiSC – A Wiley Company. Dr. Nair received his doctorate in Organization and Management from Capella University, MBA from Golden Gate University, and his undergraduate degree in Accounting from California State University, Sacramento. He also hold a certificate in Strategic Human Resource Management from Harvard University.
