To celebrate the holiday season of giving and to mark our last meeting in 2017, join us for this exciting event! We'll be at Bertucci's in Melville for our dinner and learning session.

How does an executive coach help an executive from derailing themselves during the coaching process? How can an executive coach use personality assessment effectively? Our speaker Dr. Jens Hartmman will review how a leader’s biology and personality can work against them in the coaching and change management processes.

Dr. Jens Hartmann is a multi–lingual award-winning strategic executive partner who brings deep experience in business turnarounds from two decades of international work. His native fluency in German, complemented by his impeccable English has earned Jens leadership roles in American companies operating in Germany.  As a trusted advisor and Executive coaches he often provides support during change management processes. Change management processes often prove quite stressful on leaders and in turn on their staff. In this presentation Dr. Jens Hartmann will review how to use the Hogan Personality Assessment to identify derailers (dark side personality traits) that can affect leaders during change management processes.
