This interactive and experiential workshop is designed to help participants become effective leaders. To survive — and thrive — in the 21st century, companies must ensure that their leaders are prepared and empowered to effectively lead a different and diverse workforce and to hire, engage and retain employees who are prepared with 21st century skills. Geared toward executives and middle-level managers at small, medium and large organizations, the workshop draws on the extensive experience of both presenters as coaches and business leaders in the corporate and nonprofit sectors.
