ATD Long Island invites you to our next meeting and webinar event, Wednesday, May 13 from 6:00 – 8:00 pm, at the TEC Resource Center, 170 Finn Court in Farmingdale.
Our webinar speakers are Sarah Bowen and Scott Gregory of Hogan Assessments. Hogan uses the powerful science of personality assessment to help organizations hire the right people, develop talented employees, build great leaders, and impact the bottom line. Hogan’s four core assessments normal personality characteristics, career derailment risks, core value drivers, and cognitive style, respectively. This multi-dimensional approach to personality assessment provides incredible insight that can serve as a powerful tool throughout the employee lifecycle.
After Sarah and Scott present we will ask YOU, our participants, to share your favorite assessments. Please come prepared to discuss what assessments you have used in training programs or other talent development activities, including any samples or other materials.

About our Presenters: Sarah Bowen is a consultant with Hogan's Independent Consultants network. She received her B.A. in Economics and Organizational Management from Agnes Scott College, and her M.S. in Work and Organizational Psychology at the University of Maastricht in the Netherlands. Sarah leverages her education and previous management consulting experience and HR expertise to effectively support independent practitioners who use Hogan assessments with a wide range of clients.
Scott Gregory is general manager for Hogan in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota. He provides expertise on executive selection, development, and succession to Hogan's global, corporate clients and supports the work of Hogan's global business alliances with distribution partners. He was one of the first employees of Hogan Assessment Systems, and completed his PhD training under Bob and Joyce Hogan. His early work with the Hogans included research and development on the Hogan Personality Inventory, Hogan Development Survey, and Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory.
