As Learning and Development practitioners, we often come across a variety of many learning styles and preferences. This month's professional development session will discuss what being an introvert or extrovert really means, and how it plays an important role in impacting learning solutions. Discover where you land on the continuum, and how to improve your effectiveness with others with similar or different styles.
Marc Miller, President of MLM Coaching & Consulting, LLC, has a Ph.D. in Psychology from Adelphi University, and a Professional Coaching Certificate from the Professional Coaching Program at the Zicklin School of Business, Baruch College, CUNY. He is certified in administering and interpreting the DISC and Motivators assessments, and is a Value Added Associate (authorized distributor) of Target Training International, Inc.

Marc is a member of the International Coach Federation and is currently the Programs Director of the Long Island Coaching Alliance (a chapter of the ICF). He is the creator of “The Successful Introvert” coaching and training program, and speaks to groups on topics related to helping quiet people find their voices, and the bottom-line value of communication-style diversity on organizational teams.
