As training professionals, we must often make our case for the value the training brings to the organization.  This presentation will address the importance of a coaching piece to support the training.  We will discuss the importance of getting support from the management team and stakeholders and their commitment to the program.  We will learn the basics of DiSC behavioral styles to help us better understand ourselves and how we can modify our communication style to be most effective.

Abbe Meehan is the Owner and President of the TEC Resource Center, a unique facility in Farmingdale, providing training, education and coaching services to business professionals on Long Island.  With over 20 years of business management and human resources experience, Abbe specializes in helping people reach their full potential through customized training solutions using real life examples, and individualized coaching sessions.
